Who are we
The Hostel Faby is a beautiful, house which has been transformed into a most charming and comfortable hostel. Inaugurated in March 2006.

In Faby Hostel our interest is to give you the greatest comfort, security and privacy at the lowest price.

We are sure that you will count on all the information, services and facilities so your trip will be full of fun. We want that you feel at home and obtain your complete satisfaction.

The owner of the Hostel, know as Faby to her friends, is an enthusiastic Yucatecan woman who, after living in Europe, has now decided to open her home and welcome you, her guest, who honor us by visiting this beautiful city of Merida.

Location & Transportation

Mejorada: Originally, seven archways marked the boundaries of the city, unfortunately only three survived to modern times, two of which are situated only five minutes from the hostel, the archways of the Bridge and the Dragon's. These can be admired on the way to the Main Square
Directions	LOCATION The Hostel is located in Mérida down town, in a private and calm neighborhood called Mejorada. It?s located to 10 minutes walking, of the Government Palace, of the Museum of the City, the House of Montejo ?the Young man? and the Cathedral of San Ildefonso. To only 5 minutes of the Hostel Faby, stay the Museum of the Yucatecan Song. From the bus station (ADO), turn to the left and walk 3 blocks until you find 63th street, then turn to your right and walk 5 blocks and you will be in the Main Square. Continue walking on the 63 th street, 8 more blocks and when you see the 44th street, turn to the left and that is the street of Faby Hostel. We are to 3 and 4 streets respectively of the bus stations: Terminal center and the Northeast, buses that go to the Mayan towns of the region. We are located in: Street 44 No 501-D between 61 and 63 Center. Mérida, Yucatán, México
Transportation	The most comfortable, fast and economic means to transportation arrive is by taxi. The taxis outside of the Terminal ?ADO?, knows the hostel very well, and they will give you all the information and offer a very good service.

Mejorada Park
It is located on 50th street between 57th and 59th just in front of the Faculty of Architecture of the Autonomous University of Yucatan. At this park, the first rail of the railroad in the Yucatan Peninsula was nailed in April 1870.
Nowadays, in the middle of the park there is a sculpture of the Young Heroes, who died during the North American invasion in 1847.
In a flank of this park is located one of the most famous restaurants in Merida -?Los Almendros?? where you can taste the most delicious Yucatecan dishes. At the southern corner of the park is located the Cultural Center of the Yucatecan Boy.
