Chillout Flat is not just our name, but is our whole concept
Why for, you will pay to us?
-Quality care & customized service (its not our job,it our dream come true, and thus a true pleasure :)
-No more small beds!!, even our two rooms wit a shared bathroom have a KING SIZE BED
- Relaxed and warm ambiance (believe me, enough party, fun & noise are within a walking distance if you need so)
- Only 5 bedrooms for two persons each
(our 'no more crowds' mission)
- Healthy & Fresh full breakfast (we also have bread, jelly & butter but for us those are desserts)
- Security (ok we are not a bunker, but believe me our 24-hour doormen do an outstanding job)
- Cleanliness (beyond words and parameters you'll have to check this matter in person

· There will be a $25 US fee for all cancellations. Charged from the guest´s prior deposit
· If you cancel your reservations during high season: Easter week, Day of the Death, Christmas, or New Year. We will charge 50% of the total amount of your stay plus the cancellation fee.
· The full amount should be paid directly upon arrival.
$100 USD will be charged to your credit card in case of a NO SHOW (no previous cancellation) |
